Key Responsibilities
📋 Sales & Market Expansion:
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand dealer networks in designated regions.
- Conduct market visits, analyze competition, and submit detailed reports.
🤝 Dealer Management:
- Build strong relationships with existing dealers and onboard new partners.
- Communicate sales targets, promotions, and company schemes effectively.
📊 Performance Tracking:
- Monitor stock movement and provide actionable insights.
- Update weekly visit plans in consultation with supervisors.
Requirements
🎓 Education:
- Graduation / BBA / MBA (Marketing Preferred).
💼 Experience:
- 1-2 years in sales, retail, or dealer management (furniture industry a plus).

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
