About the Role

BOP seeks a Unit Manager – Business Development to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth for its BOP@Work division. This leadership role focuses on strategic business development, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the bank’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

📈 Business Growth:

• Identify new market segments and execute strategies to expand BOP@Work’s deposit base.
• Enhance client pipelines, cross-selling, and tail management for productivity.

🤝 Client Onboarding & Retention:

• Ensure seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
• Actively manage client relationships to foster loyalty.

💡 Strategic Initiatives:

• Structure customized solutions for clients aligned with BOP@Work products.
• Collaborate with regional teams and product development for innovation.

Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree (HEC-recognized or foreign university).

💼 Experience:

• 7+ years in banking, with 3+ years in business development (preference for BOP@Work/product expertise).

📌 Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of 30th April 2025).

🔍 Skills:

• Strong sales strategy, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in banking products, CRM, and market trends.
