Key Responsibilities

✔ Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  ✔ Team & Distributor Management:
• Lead sales teams and strengthen relationships with distributors for seamless operations.
  ✔ Route to Market (RTM) Execution:
• Optimize distribution networks to enhance product reach and efficiency.
  ✔ Operational Excellence:
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, improve processes, and monitor market trends.
  ✔ Reporting & Market Intelligence:
• Prepare MIS reports and analyze data for informed decision-making.

Requirements

🎓 Education:

• MBA (preferred in Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain).

💼 Experience:

• 7-10 years in FMCG, pharma distribution, or B2B sales.
