Chase Up is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training programs. This role is ideal for HR professionals passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Coordinate job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring processes.
• Facilitate new hire orientations for seamless integration.

🛠️ Employee Support & Compliance:

• Advise staff on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with legal standards.

🎓 Training & Development:

• Design and implement employee training programs.

Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

💼 Experience:

• 2-4 years as HR Coordinator/Assistant or
• 1-2 years as HR Intern/Junior Specialist.

🔍 Skills:

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
