About the Role
Ghani Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee plant operations, ensuring maximum productivity, safety compliance, and process optimization in our minerals processing/cement facility.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Plant Operations Management:
- Lead daily operations to minimize downtime and maximize output.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
✔ Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams for seamless workflow.
✔ Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs, analyze production data, and prepare operational reports for senior management.
✔ Process Improvement:
- Implement efficiency enhancement initiatives across production lines.
✔ Team Leadership:
- Supervise production teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or related field).
💼 Experience:
- 8-10 years in minerals processing, cement industry, or heavy process manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of machine testing, process optimization, and industrial safety protocols.
