Position: Head of Sales – Central (Peugeot)

Job Description

The Head of Sales – Central will lead the strategic sales initiatives for Peugeot in the Central Region, driving business growth, strengthening dealer partnerships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop & Execute Sales Strategies:

• Create and implement sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and new market segments.

✔ Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
• Monitor performance and ensure goal attainment.

✔ Dealer & Partner Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealerships and stakeholders.
• Enhance collaboration to boost sales performance.

✔ Market & Competitor Analysis:

• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

✔ Reporting & Training:

• Prepare detailed sales reports (monthly/quarterly/annual).
• Conduct training sessions to improve team skills in product knowledge and customer service.

Requirements

🎓 Education:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

💼 Experience:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the automotive industry.
