About the Role
Magnet Pharmacy is seeking a skilled IT Officer to manage and support Fourgen ERP software for inventory, billing, and accounting operations. This role is critical for ensuring seamless IT functionality across pharmacy branches.
Key Responsibilities
✔ ERP System Management:
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Fourgen ERP software for inventory, billing, and accounting.
✔ IT Support: - Provide technical assistance to staff and resolve system issues promptly.
✔ System Maintenance: - Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Requirements
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
💼 Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in pharmacy/retail ERP systems.
🔍 Skills:
- Proficiency in Fourgen ERP or similar inventory/billing software.
- Strong problem-solving and technical support skills.
