  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the ITPBS.pk Government Jobs Advertisement Portal (“the Portal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not access or use the Portal.

  2. Eligibility: You must be legally eligible to use the Portal under the laws of your jurisdiction. By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  3. Account Registration: In order to access certain features of the Portal, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

    1. Use of the Portal: You agree to use the Portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Portal in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

    2. Intellectual Property: The Portal and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ITPBS.pk and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

    3. User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the Portal (“User Content”). However, by submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Portal, you grant ITPBS.pk a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Portal.
